 Michelle Young, designer and founder of Badd Ass Chaps, started making custom leather designs on jeans nearly 10 years ago. The combination of leather and jeans caught on and Badd Ass Chaps took off as a custom leather company for bikers who wanted something out of the norm.
The "Hipster" fringed purse is also one of Michelle's original designs. There are over 300 one-of-a -kind Hipsters out there now. There are so many possibilities, and options for anyone who dares to be different.
 Here is a photo with a customer who bought jeans customized with brown leather and calf hide. These are called "Half Chaps" where the leather is sewn directly to the jeans just over the knee to the bottom of the jeans.
This idea is great for summer, to protect the lower part of the leg from road debris and pipe burns ...and the best part is that the leather is sewn onto YOUR jeans for the best custom fit ever !
